MUMBAI: Digvijay Singh Rathee has been a part of a couple of webseries. He has primarily done reality shows.

MTV Splitsvilla has become one of the most renowned seasons to go down in the history of controversial reality shows on television. It has gossip, relationships, scandals and many other things being exposed on the show. TellyChakkar indulged in an exclusive conversation with the MTV Splitsvilla 15 contestant to know how the production takes care of contestants on an emotional and physical level. TellyChakkar asked Digvijay about how the production takes care of the contestants on an emotional level and even physical level where contestants encounter an injury. Digvijay mentioned, “The audience who think about participating in the show, I must say that it is not easy as there are things going on inside the show and at the same time there are viewers who judge you and may pass hate comments also. Our season was extremely toxic as personal lives were out in the open and the past also came in front of everyone. This was not expected at all.  

When you participate in the show, physical endurance is necessary but one has to be mentally fit as inside the show when people attack you verbally, you should know how to tackle it and also when the show goes on-air, there are others who are commenting on your life. If you cannot hear 500- 1000 cusses, do not participate. The good things were that there is a doctor present on the set all the time and you can approach them whenever you want. Another thing is that we used to get less sleep but there was a strict discipline with regards to food. (Also Read: Badall Pe Paon Hai Spoiler: WHAT! There were times when we felt like skipping food for some extra sleep, but the production was very strict, just like how a mother takes care of a child."
