MUMBAI: We bring an important update from the world of television. India’s Got Talent 9 will telecast on Sony TV and not Colors.
Anyone with talent can join and perform in the show to get recognition for their talent. They have to impress the audience and the judges. Contestants can perform in both solo and as a group. The show started in 2009 and will be hosting its 9th season this year after 8 successful seasons.
The show is the Indian adaptation of the international format titled “Got Talent” that is created and owned by Syco and Fremantle.
On acquiring the rights of the show, Ashish Golwalkar, Head – Content, Sony Entertainment Television & Digital Business said, “India’s Got Talent as a format holds great potential, and Sony Entertainment Television’s stronghold in the non-fiction talent-led reality show formats gives us yet another opportunity to resonate with the audience.
