MUMBAI: TMKOC is a very popular show and is loved by many. All the characters in the show are epic and make us laugh all the time. One such character is Sonu which was previously played by Jheel. Jheel was portraying the role of Sonu Atmaram Bhide in the show and she was a key member of TMKOC's Tapu Sena.

She was adored by the audience and is one of the favourite characters of the audience.

The actress recently shared a video on Instagram that showed her receiving comments about her body.

Jheel posted on her Instagram that she's been told she's not "thin enough" or "too tall." She went out of the box leaving her comfort zone behind and said that people made comments about the form of her teeth and whether or not she wore makeup, and that some even begged her to do something about her acne. Jheel can be seen wearing a preety off-shoulder top in the initial section of the reel. In the second clip, she embraces her bare skin and authentic self while dressed casually.

She captioned the post as, "I wish I heard this song by @avantinagral as a teenager. It took me such a long time to truly accept myself and feel confident in the way I am and to understand that as long as I like and accept who I am, what others say DOES NOT matter.

"If you happen to read this, go tell a friend that you think they're beautiful, smart and kind, I'm sure they'll appreciate it".

She worked in the sitcom from 2008 until 2012 before leaving to further her education.

Palak Sidhwani, who took over for Nidhi Bhanushali on TMKOC.
