Actor Narendra Jha best known for his role of Hari Om Baapji in Rajan Shahi, Havan is saddened as an Indian citizen to see his country in a dire state, where nothing but bad politics and corruption rules the roost. As a senior citizen of the country, he appeals to the youth of India to come forward and realize their responsibilities towards building their nation yet again. “Scams, scandals, everything that you see in newspapers everyday are so disheartening. I believe that the identity of India is in its ‘young blood’. They are the contractors now, and they have to restructure India in order to make it a beautiful place to live in again. The youth has to see to it that the ‘new’ India roars with positive elements.” Placing the youth of today in high regard, the actor states, “They have to connect more with decision-making. Somehow, the old thoughts are getting killed in the bargain, and it is for the youth to act accordingly and help develop India globally. Whatever we are seeing before us is not a good sign. There are lot many absurd things happening. When people who have the onus of ruling the country are themselves ruining it, what can one do? Every parent wants their kid to study abroad and earn big bucks going outside our country. But at the same time, we do speak of kids and youth being the future of India. So this duality should end, as it is important that the youth acquires senior decision-making positions in professional circuits.” We too hope we see a better India in the near future.
