NG Takes changes name; replaces Menon

This a show that can truely be called 'different.' NG Takes, the show produced by Deepti Bhatnagar and aired on Sahara One gives viewers the rare opportunity to view unused footage from popular films. The show has gone in for an image makeover and will not only have a new name, but also a brand new host. It has been rechristened, Bollywood Cutting with the vivacious Shruti Seth replacing funnyman, Suresh Menon. This new avatar will be seen from, Saturday 22 April at 7:30 pm.

The first episode post this change will deal with the retakes and six deleted scenes from the Rani Mukherjee starrer Chalte Chalte. The show will also see a slight change in format with Shruti guiding viewers on how for a perfect shot, the actor has to give several retakes, tirelessly… these retakes and NG's lead to the 'ok' takes, instead of Suresh Menon's wisecracks and continuous banter!
