Yes, the show, which started in August 2017, is wrapping up after almost two years of its run. The makers have decided to end the show and they are coming back with a second season. According to a report in Times of India, the series is slated to go off air in mid August and the second season will immediately replace it. The second season or the spin-off will be named Nimki Vidhayak, where Nimki (Bhumika Gurung) will go higher up on her post in the village and will hold an important post.
A source told the daily, "The makers did not feel like stretching the story hence they decided to give a logical conclusion to the show and return with a second season."
