MUMBAI: Star Plus' popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Directors’ Kut) is gaining a lot of appreciation from fans.
The current track of the show revolves around Naira taking up work and being independent. The show will eventually focus on whether a husband can be happy with his wife’s success.
In the upcoming episodes, Mihir makes Naira wait at work until late in the night. This irks Kartik. He has a huge argument with Mihir, who in turn asks him to not make his wife work and tells him that he can take his wife along. Kartik grabs Naira’s hand and takes her home.
Later, Naira announces to the family that she has lost her job. The entire family is shocked and upset, but Dadi is happy with Naira. Naira pretends to be strong in front of everyone but has a massive breakdown while she is alone.
