Pooja Gor injured on the set of Pratigya

Pooja Gor in an interview with Tellychakkar.com said that she loves when fans appreciate her work. And we say, fans can’t help but appreciate as she is one fabulous actress. Yes, currently she is acting wonderfully as Pratigya in Star Plus’ show Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya. But here is a piece of news that might make her fans a little sad and disappointed, but folks, at such moments of despair, actors and stars need the support of you guys. What are we exactly talking about? Well, a source informed that Pooja got injured on the set of the show. “Day before yesterday (20 February 2012), during the breakfast time on the set, Pooja twisted her right ankle,” the source went on to say. There was a gap of one foot between the floor of the set and the ground. She lost her balance due to the space, thus causing the accident. (Oh poor Pooja… she might have been in a lot of pain). Later she was rushed to a nearby hospital wherein after undergoing X ray, the doctor told that the injury is not very serious. Furthermore, given her fiery nature, she was willing to work despite the pain but the production people asked her to rest (on the day of injury). However, she got back to shooting the very next day. In spite of repeated attempts, beautiful and charming Pooja remained unavailable (we shall try to get in touch with her again). However, we did talk to Asmita Sharma, her –co-star from the show, and she confirmed the news. “ She did get hurt. I was not there when the accident happened. However, I along with the entire cast and crew are trying to make her feel comfortable. In spite of the injury, she is continuing to shoot but yes, she is in pain.” We must admit that Pooja is one brave girl, like her onscreen character. We just hope that she gets well soon and sprints like a deer!!!
