Dancer, choreographer, film actor and director Prabhu Deva will be the first celebrity guest in the second season of the Kannada version of <em>Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) - 'Kannadada Kotyadhipathi</em>' (KK). Prabhudeva's episode will go on air on 3 April (2013) at 8 pm.
The rights for the show in South India have been purchased by the Star India Network for its 3 major South language GEC channels - Vijay TV (Tamil), Asianet (Malayalam) and Suvarna TV (Karnataka).

Prabhu Deva celebrated his birthday on the sets of KK in Chennai with the show's host Puneeth Rajkumar claims a release from Suvarna TV. The dancer was joined by his father Mugur Sundar and mother Mahadevamma. Master Mugur Sundar was the dance master for Puneeth Rajkumar in his film Bhagyavantharu.
