MUMBAI: It's hard to stay calm when Pranali Rathod is about to make her small-screen comeback with a new program, Durga on Colors. The television diva is getting ready for the premiere of an intriguing daily soap opera in which she will play the lead part, after conquering hearts as Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
Pranali Rathod-Aashay Mishra's show will be set against the backdrop of Jodhpur. To shoot the promo and key scenes for the new daily soap opera, the cast and crew headed to Rajasthan. Pranali, Aashay, and other cast members wrapped up filming the serial in Blue City last month. As the show gears up to launch on September 16, 2024, there is a section of the audience who is very excited to see the fresh pairing. On the other hand, there are many who feel that Pranali looks best with Harshad Chopda and nothing can beat this pairing.
Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod earlier essayed the role of Abhimanyu and Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and their on-screen as well as off-screen chemistry was loved by the viewers. Their screen presence is immensely missed even today after the show took a leap and the duo quit the show.
