MUMBAI: After making an appearance in the television series Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, actress Puja Banerjee gained notoriety. She became extremely well-known on the tiny screen because of this series. Puja Banerjee's performance and appearance have brought her a great deal of fame. She became sick recently. She needed to be admitted to the hospital because her health had gotten so bad. She recently stated in a media interview that she felt really ill for a few days prior to visiting the hospital. Puja Banerjee claims that she went to the hospital after experiencing severe weakness and a high temperature for a few days. She added that she was placed on drips in the hospital because of her weakness. She continues to possess high fever and throat infection. She's back at home now, but she's having trouble eating and drinking because of a throat infection.

During the conversation, when Puja Banerjee was asked who was taking care of her during this difficult phase, she said that her husband was with her during this period and that she did not have anyone else to take care of her. She said, “It’s been a tough few days”. In 2020, Puja Banerjee tied a knot with her co-star , Kunal Verma who was seen in Tujh Sang Preet Lagai. The couple was blessed to have one son, Krishav.

While playing the lead in Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna, Puja got to know Kunal. Earlier, Puja revealed that she instantly took a shine to Kunal when he showed up for the show's screen test. According to Puja, Kunal has always supported her while she was living in Mumbai. Prior to being married in court in March 2020, Puja and Kunal dated for nine years. On November 16, 2021, they got married in accordance with the right rites and traditions.

Meanwhile on the work front, Puja Banerjee has a long history of working in serials, including Jag Janani Maa Vaishno Devi-Katha Mata Rani Ki, Paap, and Shrimati Swara Raje Deshmukh Sarvggun Sampanna. In addition, Puja has appeared in a number of movies, including Great Grand Masti, Bibaho Obhijaan, and Hoichoi Unlimited.
