Rahil to play lead in Sphere Origins' next?

Rahil Azam, best known as Hatim, is about to make his comeback on television with Sphere Origins' upcoming untitled project on Star Plus. If everything goes per plan then Rahil will lead the show. A source says, "It has been many days that we were working on the script, we were looking for a dashing guy. So we approached Rahil and in all probability he will play the lead. He is also keen to do this show because his character is strong and positive. A girl called Mansi has been finalized to play the female lead. It is primarily a love story but there is no family drama in it. The channel still needs to give us a launch date and time slot. Our team has started working on it and it is ready to go on floors anytime now." Rahil confirmed this and says, "Yes I have been approached to play the lead; talks are still on with the production house. I cannot talk much about it." It is said the show is likely to go on air in the next two months and will get a prime time slot. Casting for the rest of the characters is still on. Rahil was last seen in Sony's Aahat.
