Rajshri Rani and Ankur Verma of Jamuna Paar fame to play leads in Star Plus' next

Suzana Ghai, Hemant Ruprell and Ranjeet Thakur’s newly formed production house Panorama Entertainment as we know, has been working on a crisp love story for Star Plus. Titled ‘Ek Ladki Suhani Si’, the show will have fresh faces Saahil Mehta and Neha Yadav playing the leads. Both Saahil and Neha were part of the Subhash Ghai movie Love Express. We now hear that Rajshri Rani who has done quite a lot of episodics in Savdhan India, Haunted Nights, CID will play the main female lead in the show. Also, handsome hunk Ankur Verma who debuted on the small screen with Rajan Shahi’s Jamuna Paar on Imagine will play the guy opposite Neha Yadav. A source tells us that other actors who have been finalized to play important roles in the show are Rajoshi Vidyarthi, wife of noted actor Ashish Vidyarthi, Sonu Chandrapal, Divjot Sabharwal, Shital Dimri, Leenesh Mattoo, Debashree Biswas. The actors are presently undergoing workshops, and the set of the show is presently being erected. We tried calling Rajshri as well as Ankur, but could not reach them. Our efforts to reach Producer Suzana Ghai proved futile. Watch this space for more updates.
