Rakhi relocated to Dubai in November of last year and recently returned to India for a court hearing related to her ongoing legal battle with her ex-husband, Adil Khan Durrani. We've heard that the judge denied the actress's attorneys' request for a bail plea due to her health. Adil is overjoyed.

Adil Khan Durrani and Rakhi Sawant have been in a long feud ever since their separation. The actress had accused him of domestic violence and mishandling her finances. Adil, in turn, accused Rakhi of leaking his private video for which this particular hearing is being held. Rakhi’s bail pleas have been rejected multiple times and this time was no different. Despite Rakhi being admitted to a hospital, the court has asked her to surrender.

Advocate Suhail Shariff, Haji Saif Shaikh told the popular news portal, "Rakhi Sawant's application to get a bail has been rejected by the Metropolitan Magistrates Court, Andheri. There were strong objections raised by the original complainant Adil Khan Durrani through his legal team, Falcon Legal."

Rakhi's request for bail has ultimately been denied. It relied on the fact that she had been hospitalized for surgery on a tumor. She had also requested an extension of time to give up, but that request was denied.

Adil Khan reacted, “Rakhi's bail plea has been rejected finally. Do you know on what grounds did she file the bail application? It was based on her being in the hospital due to tumour surgery. She had asked for more time to surrender but that was rejected too. She had asked for more time to surrender but that was rejected too. Even if she had the surgery, she should have come home in 2 days but she's there since a week. She's doing drama. Court andha nahi hota. Surrender karke bail lo na if you are not wrong. Satyameva Jayate. Don't put false blames on others."

Adil Khan Durrani accused Rakhi of revealing his confidential information, leading to the filing of a case against her.

Adil Khan Durrani filed the case against Rakhi, claiming she had shared his private and sexually explicit video online. Adil's claims against Rakhi span Sections 500 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, which deal with defamation and accomplice involvement in criminal intent. The Information Technology Act's Section 67A is likewise applicable to the electronic publication of sexually explicit content.
