MUMBAI: The hot and sassy Rashami Desai who was last seen in the supernatural thriller Naagin 4, has always been vocal about the importance of physical fitness and mental wellbeing. The Bigg Boss 13 contestant has often spoken about body positivity and how, just like many of us, she gains weight easily. Divulging more details about her fitness regime, Rashami shares, “My fitness routine majorly is about keeping close control of my diet. As they say that the road to fitness is 80% diet and the remaining 20% is about the right kind of workouts. My workout is planned in such a way that it builds my stamina and increases metabolism.”
Fitness isn’t always just physical and staying mentally fit and at peace also holds a pivotal place in this time and space. When quizzed about how she stays sane and positive during tough phases Rashami said, “I have seen many ups and downs, and honestly my life has been no less than a roller coaster ride. However, I also believe that whenever you are at your peak, there will always be someone to pull you down. I’ve seen this happening to me. These instances have taught me to stay kind and brave even during the toughest times."

She further adds, "Situations don’t remain the same so I always keep repeating to myself that, “This too shall pass”. Things will not remain the way they are today, so it’s better to work towards your best and keep walking on your path, and eventually, all will fall into place. I’ve learned not to crib or whine about trivial things in life, as I have many goals that I’m yet to achieve in life. These small changes have certainly helped me to stay more positive.”
Well, the actress surely knows how to keep her body fit so that she can flaunt the sexiest of the outfits.
