Preeti Chaudhary

Sony PAL’s popular show Ek Rishta Aisa Bhi (Shashi Sumeet Productions Pvt Ltd) is all set to see a major twist in the plot with the lead Sonia (Preeti Chaudhary) dying in a road accident and her husband Raghav (Rahul Sharma) taking up the complete responsibility of her sisters, post her death.

Now a little birdie informed us that this sudden change in development has brought a lot of sadness for Preeti and she is heard cribbing about the same. Also the girl has been alleged to have lost interest in her show and does not want to contribute any further in plot progression.

Armed with the information we called up the actress who shared, “Yes, I am very upset but not because my track is ending but because I would have to part ways with the team of this show. As for the track is concerned, I knew this is how the track would shape up, but I did not know that I would build upon such an emotional bond with my onscreen sisters and others in the cast. It is really a sad moment for me and I will miss them too much. Guess the end just came too soon (smiles).”

As for her losing interest in the show, Preeti clarified, “I am actually shocked at how such rumours are being spread around. I am an actor who is always complimented about being professional and sincere, hence it is really shocking. But I won’t let such rumours baffle me and would happily give in my full valour for the rest of my days in the show.”

Well we must say that sets the record straight!!

Preeti’s character will exit from the show by end of this month.
