Roadblocks in Anjali-Vikram marriage in Hamari Beti Raj Karegi

Edit 2 Productions’ new show Hamari Beti Raj Karegi on Sahara, is all set to have a twist in the tale. The current track goes, where the mehndi of Anjali (Akanksha Juneja) and Vikram’s (Shashank Sharma) are on. News is that their marriage preparations will come to a halt bringing in a twist. Says a source, “Someone leaves a letter in Anjali’s house saying that Vikram is not the right guy and his intentions are wrong behind this marriage. This creates a suspicion in the family members and they decide to postpone the event as they need time to re-think. But, Vikram’s Tai ji handles the issue saying it’s Vikram’s ex-girlfriend Riya, who’s trying to create problems in his life, as she doesn’t want this marriage to happen.” Adds the source, “Later, when Anjali’s family is somehow convinced the proceedings start again but with a twist. The land which was supposed to be gifted to Vikram’s family (as an indirect dahej) by Anjali’s family gets a stay order by the court. When it comes to the notice of Vikram’s family, they immediately react in the shaadi- mandap and hint at no longer being interested in the marriage, lest the land deal doesn’t fall through. So unable to bear the trauma, Anjali’s father suffers from a severe heart-attack.” Akanksha remained unavailable for comment. Looks like lots of drama is set to unfold in the coming week.
