MUMBAI: Actors keep changing their names and add letters to them to bring them good luck. This year, Romit Raj, who was last seen in Kulfi Kumar Bajewala, has joined the bandwagon. From Romit Raj Parasher, he has changed his name to ‘Romiit Raaj’. He shared, “If you look at last year, it feels like it was a punishment workwise because every actor like me suffered. The chaos which the entire world was in challenged us further. There were positives too like getting time with family or learning new things. I finally learnt Bangla."

The actor consulted a numerologist in Delhi and made changes according to the advice given. “I believe in numbers and vibes and thus Numerology was one way through which I could bring in changes. I thought this was one way in bring some positivity can be brought in. The numerologist asked me to make changes in my name and also suggested a few hashtags changes for social media as well. I really hope all this works out well,” he added.
