Sa Re Ga Ma L'il Champs to roll out this Friday

One is yet to get over from the hang over of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2007 Challenge but Zee TV is adamant on keeping the vibe alive. The Channel has announced another fresh series of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 'Lil Champs" with twenty eight new young children within the age group of 7 to 14 years. These little talents will be singing to a live band on the show. Hero Honda Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs is a musical reality show that extends beyond boundaries. Twenty eight participants selected from five continent and six different countries will compete with each other under the guidance of their respective mentors. Aditya Narayan remains the host but one will get to see new judges. Bollywood's numero uno singer Sonu Nigam makes a return to Sa Re Ga Ma after eight years. Sonu will have veteran singer Suresh Wadkar for company. The third judge is yet to be decided. Speaking on the launch, Punit Goenka, Zee TV, Business Head said, "It's been a nostalgic journey with Sa Re Ga Ma Pa since its inception. It gives me immense pleasure to announce a brand new series with L'il Champs starting from 19th October at 10 pm. Music is an integral part of Indian culture and talent should be nurtured from an early age." International auditions took place in UK, Dubai, USA, South Africa, Malaysia, Pakistan, New Zealand, Singapore, Fiji, Kenya, Australia, Israel and Hong Kong and across eight cities in India. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs will telecast on Zee TV, Fridays and Saturday from 10 to 11 p.m.
