Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Saraswatichandra gets a 3-storey artistic and expensive set at Film City

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s <a href=http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/sanjay-leela-bhansalis-star-plus-show-based-popular-novel-saraswatichandra>Saraswatichandra</a>, based on the popular novel of the same name was to go on floor in March 2012, but saw a long delay. The show which is to be a big ticket one on Star Plus…will now air in 2013 and is in news again. The unit has finished their 10 day long schedule in Dubai and will soon start their shoot in Mumbai. The unit plans to have exterior outdoor shoots in Gujarat and Panvel too in the coming weeks.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Saraswatichandra, based on the popular novel of the same name was to go on floor in March 2012, but saw a long delay. The unit plans to have exterior outdoor shoots in Gujarat and Panvel too in the coming weeks. Sanjay Leela Bhansali who always has a penchant to having artistically made sets in his movies has left no stone unturned in erecting a magnificent set in Film City for his show on television, Saraswatichandra. We hear that a 3 storey building with great artistic sense has been erected in Film City, Mumbai and this happens to be the biggest set the small screen industry has ever had. Also, Bhansali is believed to be taking note of every intricate thing, starting from creativity and content to the costumes and jewelry designed for his characters in the show. The show will mark the comeback of the popular Jennifer Winget who plays the female lead. Gautam Rode will essay the male lead’s role, and Chetan Pandit, Anirudh Singh, Yatin Karyekar, Monica Bedi form the primary cast of the show. The show is expected to launch either in January or February 2013.
