Satish Kaushik to produce a show for SAB TV; Saloni Daini roped in

It looks like small screen is proving to be a one stop destination for the B-town biggies who get drawn to the medium to gain a “grip of popularity and influence” amongst the masses. After successfully directing, producing, and acting in many films, versatile and charismatic Satish Kaushik is all set to make his foray into TV production. He is making a show on SAB TV and for his project he has signed cute and cuddly Saloni Daini to weave magic on the screen. As it is on SAB TV, it is understandable that the show will be a comedy revolving around a family and will be aired bi-weekly. Apart from producing, Satish will also act in it. Saloni will be seen as Satish’s daughter, Chutki, in the show. She will speak in proper Hindi and will be well-versed in Vedas and purans. The pilot for the show has already been shot and it will go on floors after 15 May 2012. When rang up Saloni Daini, her mother received the call and said, “Yes, she has been approached to play a very interesting character but I can’t reveal anything about the role as we are yet to shoot.” Hope Satish manages to spill his comic magic on the tube as well!!!
