Few of our loyal readers (thanks to them) informed us that   

Balaji Telefilm’s show on Colors, Meri Ashiqui Tum Se Hi, aired similar episode on two different days earlier this week (fresh episode on 17 Dec and repeat on 18 Dec-primetime slot). The show is super popular amongst the masses and our readers wondered the reason behind it.

Thus, we activated our prodding mode.  

Here’s the inside story. A source from the set of the serial informed that due to the carelessness of some members of the production unit, the chip, where the regular episodes are recorder was misplaced. And instead of informing the directorial team right then, they informed it to the concerned authorities much later.

And what we hear from our source is that, by the time the production team reported about the entire situation to authorities it was ‘too late to rectify’.

As we know how particular and quality conscious our Balaji lady is and naturally the irresponsible behavior miffed her beyond limits. And as a result, an angry Ekta visited the set of Meri Aashiqui, which created a holy mess over there followed by blame game, as no one really had the guts to face an irked Ekta.

When nothing seemed to reach a conclusion, as per sources, Ekta fired a couple of members from the unit.

We dropped a message to Ekta Kapoor to confirm whether the entire development was true or not but she did not revert till the time of filing the article.
