MUMBAI: Shaheer Sheikh is the heartthrob of the nation. The handsome star has been ruling several hearts with his exceptional performances in all his shows.

The actor has been a part of many popular shows like Navya, Dastaan-E-Ishq Salim Anarkali, Mahabharat, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi, among others.

Shaheer Sheikh was last seen in Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke which was produced by ace TV production Rajan Shahi. The actor played the role of Abeer Rajvansh in the popular drama series.

The handsome hunk's performance was lauded by the viewers and his on-screen pairing with Rhea Sharma too became a huge hit.

Rhea and Shaheer Sheikh's amazing chemistry managed to create the magic which was one of the major reasons behind the show's popularity.

Well, Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke was doing quite well among the viewers but no one knew that the show will go off-air all of a sudden.

Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke bid adieu to the viewers last year in October leaving the fans heartbroken.

Not just the viewers but the star cast too misses the show.

And now, Shaheer Sheikh who considered Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke extremely special has got a reason to celebrate.

The actor shared a beautiful clip from the show as today Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke clocks two years. Yes, you heard it right!

The show started airing on Star Plus on 18th March 2019 and its been two years now.

Well, Shaheer is reminiscing the good memories of the show and we can't be more thrilled.

On the personal front, Shaheer had announced about his and Ruchikka Kapoor's relationship on social media making the fans jump with joy. The actor got married to Ruchikka in a hush-hush court wedding on 27th November. 

Shaheer and Ruchikka were dating for a very long time before they took the plunge. The duo makes for a perfect pair and is setting major goals ever since then.
