Shamshaan Champa tells the tale of Champa, an everyday girl who is a devoted devotee of Lord Shiva. Though her path changes and she ends up as a daayan, her heart stays pure the entire time.
In an exclusive conversation with TellyChakkar, Ayush shared his experience being a part of the show.
He said, “Vikram is a responsible person and can do anything for his family. He is an emotional person and has his own traumas. It is a very layered character so the audience will get to see a range of different emotions. When Vikram meets Champa, the story unfolds.”
Speaking about his bond with Monalisa and Trupti, Ayush shared, “After the script reading we met on the sets of the show and we bonded very well. There were no hiccups and it was effortless. It was a good friendship in a professional environment. Along with that, while shooting there was good give and take and that is extremely important because as an actor we are very dependent on each other. While shooting with Trupti, it was easy for me as she helps me to enhance the scenes and the end product comes out better. To top it up, our director is extremely good so there are a lot of factors which contribute to the narrative coming out in a better fashion.”
Well said Ayush!
