Colors currently telecasts Shiv Shakti - Tap Tyaag Taandav which explores the journey of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. It showcases their story of love, duty and sacrifice. Produced by Siddharth Kumar Tewary's Swastik Productions, it stars Ram Yashvardhan and Subha Rajput in the leading roles.

It was only recently that we reported about Vinit Kakar joining the cast of Colors’ show as Kaalnemi.
Vinit will be seen playing a central character in the show. Well, now we have got our hands on his look from the show.
For the uninitiated, Vinit was earlier seen in Shrimad Ramayan and has also been a part of Lock Upp season 1 which was hosted by Kangana Ranaut.
Vinit has also been a part of some path-breaking projects like Vighnaharta Ganesh, Radhakrishn, Baal Shiv – Mahadev Ki Andekhi Gatha, and Swaraj among others.
Kaalnemi was a supernaturally gifted demon. He was one of Ravana's principal ministers. Ravana's spies informed him that Hanuman was on his way to retrieve the Sanjeevani plant, which would bring back Lakshman from the comatose state caused by Meghnad's Shakti (weapon). Ravana immediately ran to Kaalnemi for help.
There are a lot of new shows which are in the pipeline and there are quite some which are introducing fresh characters to introduce new twists and turns to the storylines.
