MUMBAI: Shiv Thakare from Bigg Boss 16 is one of the most beloved characters on television. He recently talked candidly about his passionate fan base in an exclusive interview with the popular news portal. He talked about how much love he gets from his followers, often at the strangest times! Shiv described how people would sometimes knock on his door in the middle of the night and annoy his parents by ringing the doorbell.
Shiv Thakare tells us, "People turn up at my house at 2-3 am. I open the door in shorts but it's fine. My problem is that my parents, who are old, they wake up. Sometimes, I am not even home. They get disturbed. But I am not blaming the fans, they are the ones who've made me who I am today. It's their love. Unka haqq hain."
Shiv Thakare advanced to the semi-finals of Roadies Rising in 2017 renowned for his involvement in reality shows. Later on, he made an appearance in The Anti-Social Network.
After that, Thakare took part in and won the second season of Bigg Boss Marathi.
Additionally, Shiv placed first runner-up in Bigg Boss Season 16. He was in the season's mandali and he became best friends with Tazik singer Abdu Rozik. Shiv became a judge on Roadies Revolution in 2020, participating in the audition rounds.
On September 9, in Amravati, Maharashtra, Thakare was born Shiv Manoharrao Uttamrao Jhinguji Ganuji Sambhaji Shivaji Thakare. He started his company, a deodorant brand called B.Real, in March 2021.
