Shocking: Depressed with Pratyusha’s death, fan commits suicide

Actress Pratyusha Banerjee’s death for sure has left all of in shock. But, one woman, who got way more than affected by the news, is Pratyusha’s fan, Madhu Mahanand, from Chattisgarh. As per media reports, disturbed with Pratyusha’s death, 26 years old Madhu hanged herself in front of her two years old son on Wednesday evening. Bhushan Ekka, the investigating officer of Gudiyari police station has been quoted saying to a leading daily that they received a call of Madhu committing suicide. Later on Madhu’s husband, Nakul, told to police that Madhu was an avid viewer of Pratyusha’s debut television series Balika Vadhu. And the lady has been too disturbed with the actress’ sudden, accidental demise. Madhu has been continuously watching news related to Pratyusha’s death and finally depressed with the news, on Wednesday Madhu hanged herself. The entire incident came into limelight when Madhu’s husband returned from office and no one responded from inside. Initially, Nakul was detained for investigation. Later on Madhu’s parents also testified the statement. We wish both Madhu and Pratyusha’s soul rest in peace.
