MUMBAI: One of the most talented and hardworking actresses on Indian television, Shruti Ulfat is all set to make a grand entry in Star Bharat’s Nimki Vidhayak (Qissago Telefilms).
As we know, Nimki Mukhiya headed towards a new journey, and the channel rolled out the second season titled Nimki Vidhayak. The series now focuses on how Nimki (played by Bhumika Gurung) becomes a Vidhayak (MLA) and strives to make a difference in the complicated world of politics.
According to our sources, Shruti, who has proved her mettle by playing varied characters on TV, will be playing a politician for the first time in her TV career.
We have heard that in the show, Shruti will be shown playing the ex-CM of Bihar, who is a sweet and powerful lady.
It is a reunion for Shruti and producer Zama Habib, as they have earlier worked together in Sasural Genda Phool. While the show was produced and penned down by Mr Habib, Shruti played a pivotal role in it.
We tried reaching out to the actress, but she remained unavailable for a comment.
Here’s wishing her good luck.
