Smriti Kalra does a Chameli Ki Shaadi, gets married in a school uniform

A heavy lehenga, fully-loaded jewels and a lot of ‘rona-dhona’, this is exactly what a bride on television will get to do!! However, the one bride who will experience something different happens to be Smriti Kalra!!! Yes, Smriti will create history for being the only girl on TV to get married in a ‘school uniform’… Oh well, does this not sound to be a great relief? Let’s find out from Smriti herself.. Says Smriti, “I am very happy to have got married in a school uniform. It was total comfort, no hours of getting ready, and getting tired managing the jewelry and lehenga. It was easy, breezy, comfortable (smiles). I guess I am the only actress to do this, it reminded me of the movie Chameli Ki Shaadi laughs.” As per the storyline, Neha would get stuck in the school, as a result of which her sister Akanksha (Heena Parmar) would get dressed as the bride. However, when she would be about to get married to Aman (Anuj Sachdeva), Neha will enter the scene in her school uniform. Amidst huge chaos, Neha will end up getting married to Aman in her school attire, with just a bridal dupatta over her head. Aah, how cool… Smriti, guess all ladies envy you today!!
