Sonu Sood calls Divya Agarwal as the actress struggles with her father’s treatment

Sonu extended help to Divya as she was going through a tough phase.

MUMBAI: In the past few months, Sonu Sood made headlines for championing the cause of helping migrants in Maharashtra head to their home states such as Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Odisha, Kerala, and Bihar. Recently, the actor also joined hands with his close friend and film producer Ajay Dhama to help migrants reach home. The Paltan actor has also gone the extra mile to help COVID-19 front warriors, Mumbai Police by donating 25,000 face shields. Well, the actor makes sure to approach people in need and tries to provide a solution to them. 

Actress Divya Agarwal was facing issues in her father’s treatment. While she has been financially able to support her father’s treatment, she was irked with the hospital’s authority for not being able to give timely updates of her father’s health to the family members. 

Divya took to Instagram and did a LIVE session to expose Apollo Hospital- Navi Mumbai wherein she expressed that the officials are charging a bomb daily for the treatment, however, no updates about the same were given to the family members. While addressing the issue and sharing the same with her fans, the actress broke down in tears. 

Divya received massive support from the netizens which enabled her to have a personal meeting with the CEO of the hospital. Meanwhile, the actress also received a call from the messiah of the common man Sonu Sood. The actor apparently enquired about the situation and extended help while Divya thanked him for the gesture. 

According to the latest updates, Divya’s father is recovering.
