Sony TV actors to come together for a commercial?

TV viewers are familiar with Toasty, Tej, Nidhi and her father, Neha, and Vikram from Sony Entertainment's popular shows such as Saas Bina Sasural, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. They have watched them go through trials and tribulations on these drama series. Now it's quite possible that viewers will get to see these characters from different shows in a commercial. Recently, Aishwarya Sakhuja, Ravi Dubey, Kritika Kamra, Vijay Kashyap, Tarana Raja, Jay Kalra shot for an automobile ad along with Sumeet Raghavan. Not much information about the ad is available excepting that it was shot for a South Korean auto company's new car, which got launched last month. The actors, reportedly, shot, in four different set ups, as the model is available in four different colors last weekend. Tellychakkar.com called up Tarana Raja to find out more but all she said was that she did shoot for some commercial with Jay and, yes,it was fun. Kritika was loathe to add anything more excepting saying that "it felt like I was driving on air. It was fun." But if this is true, then for the folks at Sony, it's a moment to pat themselves on their backs. Reason: its soaps and characters, which were once languishing are now becoming part of the mainstream culture. In fact, they seem to be setting the pace.
