Sony TV's Encounter to air its last episode on 4 July

Sony Entertainment Television’s Encounter gave viewers freshness in terms of content. The series has been much-talked about, for its presentation and realistic stories on the world of gangsters. This Endemol India produced show will now end very soon, is the news we have received. The tri-weekly show hosted by Manoj Bajpayee presented tales of dreaded criminals and their rise in the underworld which ended with police encounters bringing an end to their era. Popular actors like Shaleen Bhanot, Barkha Bisht, Sara Khan, Himanshoo Malhotra, Vishal Karwal, Mishal Raheja, Maninee Mishra and many others were the faces of the show, with their stunning performances. Encounter will now air its final episode on 4 July. The show has managed to make a mark with its storyline and presentation along with some brilliant casting. The last episode which was to air in three episodes will be shown back to back on the last day. A source from the creative team lets in, “The show was planned for a specific time frame, but sadly we had to close early with other shows taking up the slots.
