Star Plus' Saath Nibhana Saathiya completes 1200 episodes

The very popular show Saath Nibhana Saathiya on Star Plus has been presenting the best of content and drama over the last four years now. The show from the factory of Rashmi Sharma Productions has been the favourite of the masses and yesterday (23 September) it completed 1200 glorious episodes. Saathiya started with four actors Vishal Singh, Mohammad Nazim, Giaa Manek and Rucha Hasabnis playing prominent characters. The story about love, marriage and companionship struck a chord with the audience and the four became a household name overnight. But soon Giaa moved out in search of greener pastures bringing in Devoleena Bhattacharjee as the replacement. With the character of Gopi already being famous, Devoleena too made her way into the hearts of viewers. The show has in the years taken quite a number of leaps but the strong content has managed to keep audience interest intact. Another actor Rucha recently moved out of the project but with continuous twists and turns revolving around existing characters, Saathiya is geared up for more drama in the coming days.
