Dharmit Shah recently joined the show as the new Goli, replacing Kush Shah, nicknamed Goli. Sharad Sankla and Mandar Chandwadkar both refuted the rumors that they would be leaving as well.
In the show, Bhavya Gandhi portrayed Tapu. After him, Raj Anadkat made his debut in 2015. He recently departed the program as well, and Nitish Bhaluni is currently playing Tapu.
After a lengthy performance as Tapu, Bhavya left to the disappointment of his followers. He now discussed leaving Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah in an interview with Telly Talk India. He claimed that the producers assured him that whatever he chose to do would be OK when he made the decision to depart. Yet Bhavya was terrified and plagued by 'what if' thoughts.
Instead of leaving the show suddenly, he left in accordance with the law. After giving his three months' notice, he departed. Bhavya did, however, disclose that he completed the notice period three times, for a total of nine months of service.
He also explained the rationale for this. The actor claimed to be in a difficult situation, and Asit Kumar Modi, the producer, advised him not to leave the show. Other people also concurred with him. But eventually, he made the decision to give up on the show. Bhavya ultimately made the decision to go because he wanted to take initiative.
