MUMBAI: Mumbai, February 19, 2025: Sony SAB’s Tenali Rama has delighted viewers with the engaging stories of the legendary court poet and iconic master of wit, brilliantly portrayed by Krishna Bharadwaj. In the recent episodes, Lacchama (Aria Sakaria), a member of the gang of children, finds a toxic chemical laden elephant, leading Rama to discover its dangerous reaction to water. This sets off Rama's urgent mission to remove the elephant before the storm and Girgit's ominous prophecy causes disaster in the city.
In the upcoming episodes, Rama struggles to convince everyone about the danger posed by a mysterious elephant, which is later revealed by King Krishnadevaraya (Aditya Redij) to be a weapon from the enemy. Together, they push it into a pit, earning Rama praise and apologies from the people. However, tragedy strikes when Lacchama unknowingly inhales toxic fumes from the elephant’s remains and falls gravely ill. In a heartbreaking revelation, she tells Tenali that these very chemicals which tragically led to her mother’s death. Now, with her life hanging in the balance, Rama must embark on a dangerous quest to find the rare Rakt Pushp flower to save her. Meanwhile, Girgit Raj (Sumit Kaul) cunningly provokes King Krishnadevaraya into a fight, setting the stage for an intense confrontation.
Krishna Bharadwaj, playing the role of Tenali in Tenali Rama said, “Tenali Rama is faced with an immense challenge and when the elephant, which turns out to be an enemy weapon, is disposed Rama believes the danger has passed. But when Lacchama’s health takes a turn for the worse, and her tragic revelation about the toxins that claimed her mother’s life is revealed, it strikes Rama deeply. Now, not only does he have to save Lacchama, but he also has to go on a perilous quest to find the rare flower that can save her life. The stakes are higher than ever before, as the upcoming episodes will show how Rama must also prepare for the looming conflict with Girgit Raj that threatens to disrupt the peace of Vijayanagar.
