MUMBAI: With the show all-set to go off-air soon, actor and new-comer Ashish Acharya took to his Instagram handle to post a picture of him with the show's main lead Varun Badola and typed down a beautiful message intended towards the latter.
The picture features both Badola and Acharya in ethnic attires, who were all smiles for capturing the selfie. Badola was wearing a dark-coloured sherwani while Acharya was seen in a floral-printed sherwani.
Apart from this picture, what actually grabbed the attention of the netizens was Ashish's heartfelt note of gratitude for co and senior-star Varun, being written down as it's caption.
Comparing his sense of discipline with B-Town's megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Acharya wrote; "Ever since I got into this profession I've heard stories about Mr. Bachchan and his discipline and sincerity with which he goes about his work. I would always think to myself how is it possible to be such a person especially where getting carried away and taking things for granted becomes your second nature. But the moment I saw this man on the set doing what he does the best I could see a different protagonist telling the same story. I am a sportsperson at heart and I don't like comparing legends but if there's anything common to the legends it is the discipline and sincerity they have towards their work.".
"There hasn't been a day when he's late on the set. Whenever the director has said ready he is the first one to stand up and go to his mark. We would all sometimes shout & yell whenever we shot outdoor in the heat, sometimes got irritated because of all the sweating but this man unaffected by all of it used to sit/walk quietly in a corner be in the moment deliver his performance and go back to his room.", he further adds on in his appraisal.
Thanking him for his contributions towards guiding the telly industry's newbie, Acharya concludes;
"He has given me confidence to go ahead and make mistakes for I will learn from them.
He has shown me it is possible to be yourself and succeed.
He has taught us various things that he has learnt over the years.
I aspire to be as disciplined & sincere as him.".
Apparently being moved by his post, Varun reshared this post 2 hours ago from his official Insta handle.
