Shine of India, the talent dance reality show produced by Rajeesh Kumar’s Mehak Movies will launch on MTV on 9 October.
It was earlier reported about the talent dance show being aired on Channel V. However, with Channel V going for a complete revamp, the show will now see its dawn on MTV.
As per a source, “The team of Shine of India will be kick-starting the audition process from 27 September in Jaipur, Rajasthan and will be covering nearly 10 cities and 10 states in quick time. The team will be auditioning in Chandigarh, Dehradun, Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Indore, Baroda and Mumbai.”
We hear that Bollywood biggie Urmila Matondkar will most probably be judging the show. The second judge on the show will be the Producer Rajeesh Kumar himself. The third judge is yet to be locked.
The show will be hosted by Balika Vadhu fame Sheetal Khandal. The audition phase will be judged by Producer Rajeesh Kumar, Sheetal Khandal and Sujata Majumdar.
When contacted, Producer Rajeesh Kumar confirmed the news saying, “Yes, Shine of India will go on air from 9 October on MTV.”
