MUMBAI: Model and actress Akanksha Puri is known for her work in Malayalam, Tamil, and Bollywood cinema. She made her Bollywood debut with Madhur Bhandarkar's film Calendar Girls and is currently playing the lead role of Mata AdiParashakti and her avatars in Sony TV’s Vighnaharta Ganesha.
It’s been almost three years that the show is on-air and Akanksha is part of it. Off late we have been hearing a lot of news pertaining to actors facing payment issues by producers.

However, Akanksha is happy to have been working with Contiloe Pictures for a while now. She also thanked them for their timely payment. In an exclusive chat with TellyChakkar Akanksha shared, “I have been hearing a lot of news in regards to actors facing payment issues. However, I am glad that I am working with Contiloe Pictures who have always paid us on time. It’s been almost three years now that I am working with them but I have never faced any kind of issues. In fact in lockdown as well they are extra careful about payment. This is my first show and it has turned out to be such a nice experience. Now also when our sets are getting changed, they are more concerned about our travelling and stay. They treat us like family.”
