Vineett Kumar in Adaalat

Vineett Kumar, who was earlier seen in Sabki Laadli Bebo and Shorr, will be playing the lead role in the upcoming episodic of Sony Entertainment Television’s Adaalat, produced by Contiloe Telefilms. The story is about a guy Kishore Verma, played by Vineett who gets mentally unstable after being ditched by his wife. He is admitted in a mental asylum where he starts to write his wife’s image and behaves abnormally. While he is on the route to recovery, the doctor who was treating him gets killed and this is when the blame falls on him and he gets arrested. K D Pathak (Ronit Roy) comes to his rescue and proves that he is innocent and the murder was committed by someone else. Veteran actor Rajesh Puri essays the role of the public prosecutor in this case. When contacted, Vineett confirmed that he is shooting for Adaalat. He said, “I play a very interesting character, that of a person who is not stable in mind. He is blamed for the death of the doctor who was treating him and K D helps him out of this mess.” This particular episode will be aired on 29 September 2012.
