Shahab Khan connects to his character on Tujhse Hai Raabta
Actor Shahab Khan, who is seen in Sonali and Amir Jaffar’s Tujhse Hai Raabta, loves being part of the show. The actor says that the title is enough to create people’s interest. “It’s really unique, now as people are watching the show, they are getting to know that why the title is Tujhse Hai Raabta. Initially, no one knew what the word Raabta meant but from the time this show has started people are getting to know more about Raabta and what it means. Raabta is not a word which we use in our day to day life. It really talks about that one special relationship,” he says.
Talking about his character, he adds, “I am playing Sayajiirao Deshmukh, he is a very positive person. He is the head of the family but everything works as per the wishes of his wife, Ahilya Deshmukh. After his son has gone away, he has become a little negative but he is not a bad person at heart. He feels that his son went away because of Anupriya, and if she wanted she could have stopped him. So, that sourness between Sayaji and Anupriya is just because of this reason.”
The actor adds that he can really relate to his character and is comfortable on the show. “I totally connect to my character. I am a very positive and calm person in real life as well. I always had a Raabta with this show as this is my second show with Full House media. I have also worked with Shagun before also, so when I met him here, I felt really happy. I felt the same even when I met Savitaji,” he says.
Shahab loves to see himself play a grey character. “I have never done a grey shade before. So here I get to do a little of grey shade in between, and doing that is a compliment for myself as I am doing something different for the first time,” he says.
The actor likes working with Sonali Jaffar and Amir Jaffar as well. “It's a really good experience. When I worked with them for the first time as well, I loved it. Sonali ma’am and Amir are really amazing people. I have done a show written by Sonali ma’am before as well. It was calledMeri Aashiqui. As a production house, I did Devanshi with them and it was a really good experience,” he says.
How Ahwaan Kumar transformed for Kaal Bhairav Rahasya 2
Actor Ahwaan Kumar has clearly left everyone stunned with his transformation in the show Kaal Bhairav Rahasya 2. What’s more? He has done this on a vegetarian diet!
Talking about his transformation, he says, “There are a couple of things but the most important thing is dedication, discipline, not compromising on your diet. As now, my call time is 9 am, so what I do is, I go to the gym at 6 am and if in case I have a night shift, I manage to work out around 12 am at night. The most important thing is consistency. There are people who do heavy workout; heavy weight lifting but they don't have control on their diets. They eat anything and they don't get the result. You have to be proportionate with your exercise and diet. People say that it should be like 70% workout and 30 % diet, but I feel it should be 50-50.”
While the makers never asked him to get in shape, Ahwaan feels that it is his responsibility as an actor to look good on screen. “When the look test and all was happening, there was nothing as such that they wanted me to get in shape, especially for this role. But I believe that if you are playing a character, you don't need to wait to get physically fit only because the character requires it. It’s like you always have to be fit if you are an actor, it’s your job. The makers knew that I am fit as they have seen me in last season as well so maybe that's why they asked me to get fit. There can be a possibility that they might use this plus point of me having good physic in the upcoming episodes. I might have a shirtless scene maybe, not sure though,” he says.
The actor says that looks are not a priority to be on screen today. “It is a very important thing for an actor to look good. The first thing what people see in an actor is his looks. But I feel that the criteria have changed these days in television especially because if you see in many serials, there are many actors who are playing the lead but they are not that good-looking,” he says.
Ask him who he thinks is the best-looking actor on screen today, and he says, “I think it's Hrithik Roshan, his dedication and his commitment towards himself, his work and his physique is commendable. I feel he is the hottest actor in Bollywood.”

Vivek living his superhero dream!
Vivek Dahiya who started out playing a flamboyant chocolate boy in the supernatural thriller Qayamat Ki Raat almost looks unrecognizable in this new picture he shared on his social media feed. Apparently, Vivek will be seen playing a ghost in the upcoming track, and if sources are to be believed, this isn't it. There's a brief stint based on a Vampire that he will be seen essaying in near future on the same show.
Earlier the actor has had an amazing transformation playing the Hulk, later a mysterious mask man, one time even the main antagonist as the Tantrik. His new look as the ghost man has an uncanny resemblance to Akshay Kumar in his newly released film Robot 2.O.
A source shares, “Vivek who plays Raj was initially introduced as a lover-boy and later played a matured character and a family-man. The makers tried to bring in a twist by experimenting with him and he played the evil tantrik that appealed to the audience. This has definitely worked in their favour and they are further experimenting with his character. A lot of effort goes behind creating this particular look on Vivek as no prosthetics are used. The hair and make-up team has done a brilliant job in creating this look.”
