Tonight (4 April 2013) on Life OK’s Savdhan India - India Fights Back (Sa Re Ga MaIndia Ltd) a man commits bigamy. Our source revealed that a Hindu man (who is played by Vineet Raina) remarries without divorcing his first wife. He converts to Islam thinking that this will make his bigamy legally permissible. His wife takes due action against the infidel husband. We contacted Sachin Mohite, Creative Director at Sa Re Ga Ma India Ltd. This may after all be a sensitive issue as religion is involved. He explained, “We aren’t getting into the religious aspect at all. Rather, we are concentrating on the emotional aspect of the case.
