MUMBAI: Television popular actors Shaheer Sheikh and Hina Khan came together for the first time in the music video ‘Baarish Ban Jana’ which got released recently. In the song sung by famous singers Payal Dev and Stebin Ben. 

Other than the soulful lyrics, Hina and Shaheer’s chemistry was adored by their fans who watched them on social media. 

Now, in a recent interview, Shaheer opened up about the responses he received for his on-screen chemistry with Hina Khan and he credited the actress for it. Shaheer said, "A lot of people called me after the song was released and said the song is nice, you are looking good, chemistry is amazing. So looking good credit I would like to give it to the stylist. And for chemistry, I would like to credit to Hina Khan. Because when you start shooting something new it normally take two days to build that chemistry but our shoot itself was just for two days. But from the very first day and very first shot Hina made it very easy for me. Thanks to her for making me feel comfortable. Also, the atmosphere on the sets were happy and light. The overall response for the song was so positive that the people who had have not reached out to me in years have also messaged and said that they liked the video.".

Being in the same industry Hina and Shaheer never collaborated before; talking about it, he says, "We kind of spoke about it on the sets also that how come we never got the chance to work together. Like we are in the same industry from quite sometime. We have worked for the same people on different projects but we still didn't get a chance to work together. And if I get to work with Hina again. I will definitely do. She is a great performer and a co-actor.".

Meanwhile, the song ‘Baarish Ban Jaana’ is all about a celebrity couple still in love after their break-up. However, they have a happy ending. The song was shot in Kashmir and features a glimpse of the picturesque location.
