MUMBAI: Shagun Sharma is a popular face of the television industry.
The actress has been a part of several hit shows like Yeh Hai Chahatein, Harphoul Mohini, Sasuraal Genda Phool 2, Ishk Par Zor Nahin, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi and many more.
Shagun became a household name for her role Kashvi in Star Plus' Yeh Hai Chahatein.
The actress was paired opposite Pravisht Mishra in the show. Their on-screen pairing became a huge hit among the viewers.
Shagun hasn't announced her next project yet ever since Yeh Hai Chahatein went off-air.
In a recent interaction with TellyChakkar, we asked Shagun about the spate of leaps happening in TV shows and if she would want to star in a show with a fresh storyline or do a hit show which has taken a leap.

Revealing her views on the same, Shagun said, ''My last show was a leap show so what can I say about it. I have entered many shows after the leap and I have done fresh shows also. From public point of view, the leap show is a bit difficult because they are already so attached the previous cast and the characters. It is difficult for them to adjust to the new leads. But afterwards, it's easier because you have a set of audience who are already watching the show since the beginning. In a new show, people are excited but you have to make the audience over there. The show does not have anyone. But if I have to pick one, I'll pick a new show.''
