MUMBAI: Mohena Kumari rose to fame as Keerti in the Rajan Shahi-produced Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Her family is well-known in politics, and she is referred to as the princess of Rewa. She welcomed her second child just a month ago and is now fully committed to her motherhood experience.
Kumari discussed the challenges that moms have in striking a balance between their duties and personal time in a recent vlog.
Mohena Kumari welcomed her second child, a daughter last month and is a delighted mother of two. Mohena recently shared the name of her one-month-old baby, Gauritaa, in her vlog. She also discusses the difficulties a woman encounters while juggling motherhood and her personal life.
Elaborating on the same she said, “There is no me time. You really have to fight for that From 24 hours, at least 2 hours you must take out for yourself. It is tough, it is very difficult for sure.” Adding to this she also said that everything falls into place slowly and soon a mother will get the time for herself in between.
She emphasized how crucial it is to recognize typical pregnancy symptoms like irritability and anger, and she suggested managing them with meditation. For instant comfort, she suggested closing one's eyes, inhaling deeply, and concentrating on the problem at hand for immediate relief.
Further, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress urged all mothers focused on their careers to prioritize spending quality time with their children. Adding to this she said, “You need to give them the love, you need to give them the time, you need to give them the nourishment. You have to love your children.”
Mohena revealed that during her first pregnancy, she used to read Bhagvat Gita, and though she was not able to complete it, she never skipped a day doing that. However, in the second pregnancy, she watched a series called Upanishad Ganga on YouTube.
Speaking about the idea of postpartum weight loss, the actress is not hasting towards it. She mentioned, “Honestly, it's not affecting me at all. One of my friends was talking to me about losing weight. But I don't know, it's not affecting me at all. I'm very happy. I'm okay.”
Kumari is not stressed that she leads an active and healthy life and will eventually lose weight without difficulty, so she is not concerned about it.
Ultimately, the actress gave the new moms time management advice so they could find time for their passions.
Mohena Kumari Singh became well-known after participating in Dance India Dance. She won over audiences' hearts with her role in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Later, she made her acting debut in Dil Dosti Dance, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and Yeh Hai Aashiqui.
