Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke trends on Twitter; fans are angry as the show is going off-air

MUMBAI: The year 2020 has been full of ups and downs with regards to everything. Amidst this, several TV shows have already gone off-air and many are going to meet the same fate.   However, no one knew that Star Plus' popular TV show Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke would be one of them. Yes, Rajan Shahi's show is set to go off-air. 

No one is ready to believe that Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke is going off-air. But unfortunately, the news is true. The show will be reportedly replaced by Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2.

Starplus and dkp, u may axe a show to bring/make space for other show for more TRPS.
But TRPs ≠ respect for creators+platforms.

What Mishbir gave to Sitara n dkp, u will need years to fill up the blank space after their removal.

An unplanned trend which we arranged within 10mins of the confirmation, tried to trend inspite of mockeries & insults from outside fandom, still we touched 61.7k+ before 12am, highest ever count by fandom nd that too in only 4hrs.

Started watching #YRHPK on 11th of August and was done with 305 episodes within 13 days! I might be a newbie but the pain is real! My heart goes out for all those who have been following it since day 1. :')

It has been reported that the show's timeslot has been changed from 9 PM to some other time which is one of the reasons behind this decision.  Also, it has been reported that the TRPs have been fluctuating ever since the lockdown.
