MUMBAI:The Episode starts with Armaan stopping Kaveri from giving Ruhi the usual sweets. Ruhi pushes back, reminding him that they’ve all grown up on regular sweets. But Armaan insists—his child deserves only the best, which is why he’s arranged for a special batch. Ruhi eats the sweets. Aryan explains they’re healthier, and soon everyone starts feeding them to Ruhi.

Ruhi grows visibly irritated. The moment gets awkward for Kiara, Abhir, and Charu. Armaan, meanwhile, starts looking around for Abhira. Not wanting to upset him further, Ruhi lies and says Abhira went out to meet a client. Armaan raises an eyebrow—what could be more important to Abhira than this family gathering?
Ruhi quietly prays that Abhira returns soon. Thankfully, she does. Without wasting a second, Ruhi asks her to speak to Armaan. Armaan confronts Abhira about her absence but lets it slide, saying they’ll talk later. Then, out of the blue, he reveals he’s already chosen a name for the baby. Abhira is stunned. Armaan opens the floor, inviting everyone to pitch in with baby name ideas, but Abhira stands there feeling left out of her own moment. Abhira brings up the idea of sending Ruhi to the Goenka house. Armaan dismisses it outright. Trying to comfort Ruhi, Abhira promises to speak to him again.
At a restaurant, Kajal asks Krish and Charu why they’ve brought her there. Sanjay takes Krish’s side, and Krish drops the bomb—that Charu and Abhir are considering marriage. Kajal is left speechless. Then Abhir arrives with the Goenka family to talk about the alliance. But Manish isn’t on board; he agrees with Kaveri’s decision to oppose it.
Back home, Abhira finally questions Armaan about the baby’s name, clearly hurt that she wasn’t consulted. Armaan defends himself, saying he had asked for her ideas earlier. But Abhira reminds him how she was treated like just another guest. She asks what will happen if she doesn’t like any of the chosen names. Armaan tries to pacify her, saying he planned to ask her privately. Abhira silently hopes that after the baby is born, the old Armaan—the one she knew—will return. Armaan, on the other hand, believes he’s handled the situation just fine. Ruhi prepares to sneak out, but Armaan catches her in the act. Still, she manages to reach the Goenka house. There, Manish suggests that Ruhi should stay with them until the baby is born. Later, Armaan comes to the Goenkas and pleads with Ruhi to return home—but she refuses.
