She has first got the chance in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi season 2 but she is not interested and turned down the offer. Finally she has accepted to play in Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi. She is playing the character of Ishaani in the serial. As per the sources, "Being new to acting she found it really difficult to emote and had almost packed her bags when wisdom dawned upon her and she chose to stay back for the show". But she surely matches opposite Shakti Arora, who plays the male lead. So she has finalized in the serial.
