MUMBAI: There are countless memories with MTV Beats, VH1 and Comedy Central. Comedy Central became the number 1 stop for audience who are interested in watching some refreshing comedy shows. MTV Beats ha been a name for many generations and VH1 has been a gateway for audiences who prefer western music AND also for Indian artists who are making English music.

Comedy Central played one of the most famous TV shows ‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S.’ and many other shows like ‘The Big Bang Theory’, ‘Two and a Half Men’, ‘2 Broke Girls’ and ‘Brooklyn 99’ all day during the tough times of lockdown.

Unfortunately, now these channels are shutting down soon and it’s going to leave an unforgettable space.

In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar, Apoorva Arora talked about Comedy Central shutting down and her memories with the channel.

Apoorva Arora said, "I discovered some of the best shows thanks to Comedy Central. Back when I didn’t have internet access or any way to stream content, Comedy Central was my go-to source for entertainment. I would watch whatever was on, often stumbling upon incredible shows that I might not have found otherwise. It introduced me to a world of comedy and storytelling that I still appreciate today."

It has been announced that VH1, MTV Beats and Comedy Central will be shut from March 15, 2025.
