Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 will begin on the 17th of June, 2023. Jio Cinemas have already put out the promo of the show, where Salman Khan is confirmed as the host this season.

The promos promise a wilder and stronger season with Salman Khan as the host, replacing Karan Johar. The first season of the show was really successful and paved the way for a new season of Bigg Boss on TV. Many contestants who participated in the OTT season also got direct entry into the main house.

This time around, contestants are being addressed with hashtags and there was a lot of intrigue around who was entering the show.

One of the most talked about names on the show has been Aliya Siddiqui, the estranged wife of Hindi Film Actor Nawauddin Siddiqui. 

Aliya has got the hashtag Breaking News because everything about her has been breaking news recently.

TellyChakkar got in touch with the actress to talk about her participation, her fears, and so much more.

The ardent viewers of the show are going to be very interested to know, why this hashtag of breaking news?

Maybe because what I feel is that so much has been said about my past and people might have a level of curiosity about my personal life, that could be one reason and this is a decision by the creative team. I have not thought about it at all.

Have you watched the show before, what did you think of it, are you going with any particular thinking?

I have seen the show but never in one sitting or one go, but from whatever I have seen, it is enough to understand the show. Because now, when all these shows were coming in, major things have been happening in my life, so I don’t watch TV or any content otherwise. I was busy with my own life for some time now. But I have caught up with it in bits and pieces and I think it is s very nice platform.

When you do a show like Bigg Boss, you have to leave your family and friends behind, how have you prepared yourself for it?

For me, my biggest emotional angle is my children, and staying away from them, without talking to them that is a way big of challenge. But that’s the thing when you start living your life alone and with a fresh start, for that, I will have to sacrifice a lot, and if I am not able to do that, or If I don’t stand up for myself then, then my children will feel weak looking at me. So, I want to become a mother who gives her children the confidence that, they know I love them more than anything but If I did not do this, or did not take this decision, then my life does not have anything other option, the kids have their father and Nawaz is very nice, he will do everything for them, but I am alone, so I don’t have any second thoughts, even about a man, So, I want to do something for myself, and it is very important because life is very long so, I don’t want to lose out on any opportunities.

Aliya Siddiqui is the wife of Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and will be seen in the latest season of Bigg Boss OTT.
