Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K., commonly referred to as Raj & DK, are an Indian filmmaking partnership that specializes in Hindi films. Under the umbrella of D2R Films, they write, direct, and produce feature films and original series.
They are well recognized for their work on The Family Man, Stree, Go Goa Gone, Shor In The City, and 99, which they wrote and directed. D2R Indie, a joint venture between the two, aims to promote innovative formats and filmmakers. Cinema Bandi, their first collaboration as D2R, they are all set for their big collaboration with Netflix.
Now, we bring you an exclusive update that 'Criminal Justice 2' actor Adrija Sinha has been roped for Raj and D.K next for Netflix.
She has appeared in Indian television dance shows such as Super Dancer Chapter 2, Dance Deewane, or more dance shows. Mishti finished third on the show. She is affectionately called Mishti, though her real name is Adrija Sinha.
Adrija was also a part of Vidyut Jaamwal's Sanank but it was her role in 'Criminal Justice 2' that won her accolades.
As per the makers, the project is about “misfits of the world” and will blend the romance of the 90s with a crime thriller. Guns & Gulaabs happens to be Raj and DK’s second collaboration with the streaming giant after last year’s Telugu film Cinema Bandi.
The stars Rajkumar Rao, Gourav Adarsh, and Dulquer Salman are all set to collaborate for Raj and D.k's magnum series. They are also all set to complete a series with Shaahid Kapoor with Amazon Prime's web series.
